Job Summary

Design and evaluate AI-enhanced user experiences by combining human-centered design, research, and strong AI literacy. You’ll translate AI capabilities into intuitive, transparent, and trustworthy interactions, collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists, and help define ethical guidelines and design patterns for Human-AI interaction. Key Requirements

•6+ years proven experience in design (UX, CX, interaction, or product design) with a portfolio demonstrating impact and mastery of UX craft.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HCI, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
•Strong understanding of core AI concepts, including Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI (capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations).
•Experience shaping user interactions for AI-powered features and systems, ensuring they are intuitive, transparent, and trustworthy.
•Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team and communicate complex ideas clearly (verbally and visually).
