Key Requirements

  • •6+ years proven experience in design (UX, CX, interaction, or product design) with a portfolio demonstrating impact and mastery of UX craft.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HCI, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Strong understanding of core AI concepts, including Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI (capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations).
  • •Experience shaping user interactions for AI-powered features and systems, ensuring they are intuitive, transparent, and trustworthy.
  • •Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team and communicate complex ideas clearly (verbally and visually).
