Job Summary

Lead a defined service line within a Sports Center, such as rehabilitation, sports medicine, performance, fitness, or wellness. Own end-to-end strategy and day-to-day operations, including workflows, capacity, and safe, high-quality delivery. Drive financial and commercial performance through budgeting, pricing input, and revenue/utilization KPIs. Ensure clinical/technical quality, customer outcomes, compliance, and continuous improvement while leading multidisciplinary teams and partnering across functions.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the service line strategy aligned with the Sports Center and QHC strategy, including growth opportunities, new programs, and annual operating plans.
•Own day-to-day operations: manage service workflows, patient/client pathways, scheduling, capacity, resource allocation, and throughput.
•Manage the service line budget and financial performance, including revenue targets, productivity/utilization/profitability metrics, and pricing recommendations.
•Ensure quality, outcomes, and service standards: monitor outcomes, customer satisfaction/complaints, incident reports, and lead corrective actions and continuous improvement.
•Lead multidisciplinary team capability building: set performance expectations, address gaps, support recruitment/onboarding/training, and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Healthcare Administration, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, Business Administration, Medical Science, or related field.
•Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
•12+ years of experience in sports, rehabilitation, clinical operations, wellness, fitness, or performance service environments.
•Experience managing service line performance, budgets, teams, and operational KPIs.
•Strong understanding of customer experience, service delivery models, clinical/technical standards, and revenue performance.
