Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and inspire a team of housekeepers to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards across the home.
  • •Vacuum, mop floors, polish and ensure upkeep of communal areas and residents’ bedrooms.
  • •Supervise housekeeping and laundry staff, manage rotas, training needs and stock/replenishment of items.
  • •Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure every room is well looked after.
  • •Prioritise and delegate tasks to deliver a spotless, safe and comfortable living environment for residents.
