Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily material delivery and pickup between the Stockroom, Production stations, Quality, and Shipping areas
  • •Reallocate materials across job codes in the ERP system based on customer cancellations, change orders, or shipping schedule shifts
  • •Pull, stage, and verify materials for Sales Orders in coordination with the Supply Chain, Stockroom, Quality, Shipping and Production teams
  • •Support Production by ushering electronic materials, bins, and ESD bags between suites and stations throughout the facility
  • •Maintain accurate records of material movements and transactions in the system

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED; 1-3 years warehouse experience, with preference for electronic components and PCB assemblies
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • •Detail-oriented and self-motivated with good judgment and follow-through
  • •Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • •Dependable, team-oriented
  • •Note - Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts
