Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute end-to-end indirect sourcing for indirect materials and services (MRO, IT software/hardware, office supplies, facility services) in line with corporate guidelines.
  • •Conduct supplier evaluations, facilitate RFx processes, negotiate contract terms, and support contract lifecycle management for optimal commercial terms and risk mitigation.
  • •Perform spend analysis, track historical purchasing data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and contribute to annual savings targets.
  • •Support direct procurement operational purchasing, including purchasing to pay (PTP) activities with the local finance team and Oracle master data/catlog management for onboarding suppliers.
  • •Monitor expediting and delivery for urgent items and ensure operational purchasing compliance with internal controls and audit standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • •5–8 years of professional experience with hands-on ownership in indirect procurement and direct procurement purchasing operations.
  • •Strong experience in sourcing execution, bidding process management, supplier evaluations, and commercial contract negotiations.
  • •Proven ability to execute operational projects and drive continuous workflow improvements with strong accountability and problem-solving.
  • •Ability to collaborate cross-functionally (Finance, Operations, Supply Chain) and with external vendors, with high learning agility.
