Key Responsibilities

  • •Turn complex product opportunities into coherent, buildable, production-ready experiences.
  • •Work with client leaders, users, and engineers to clarify what matters and shape end-to-end experiences.
  • •Lead through hands-on execution: facilitate decisions, model complex systems, and prototype in code.
  • •Create implementation-ready context including flows, behaviors, content guidance, accessibility requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Stay involved through production with engineering collaboration for design QA, release, and iteration.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience designing and delivering complex digital products, ideally in consulting, enterprise, B2B, or workflow-heavy environments.
  • •Strong product design foundations across interaction design, information architecture, research, service design, accessibility, and design systems.
  • •A portfolio of shipped products showing meaningful involvement from early framing through production.
  • •Strong proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping, plus the ability to create coded prototypes or production interfaces.
  • •Experience turning ambiguous business and user challenges into clear product models, workflows, priorities, and interfaces, while collaborating with engineering throughout implementation.
