Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Own and execute customer-specific business plans for assigned Quebec retail accounts, including account planning, promotional plans, assortment priorities, and forecast risk to support demand planning.
•Build strong relationships with key retail customers and decision-makers, serving as a primary contact and proactively managing escalations to resolve critical business issues.
•Lead execution of customer-specific sales and marketing initiatives by coordinating internal teams and delivering promotional, assortment, and merchandising plans.
•Develop and implement omnichannel strategies with a focus on shopper marketing and a seamless brand experience across Quebec.
•Analyze market trends, customer performance, and category insights; monitor KPIs and financial results and provide clear recommendations to support account and business decisions.

Key Requirements

•At least 5+ years of sales experience in the CPG industry (preferred), with strong account management and end-to-end ownership of customer relationships and business outcomes.
•Proven ability to build accounts, grow revenue, and manage complex relationships across multiple stakeholders and priorities; experience selling to retailers and distributors (asset).
•Bilingual French and English (written and verbal) to support national and global communication, training, and support.
•University degree; BBA or Commerce preferred.
•Ability to use POS and Nielsen/Circana data, and proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, to generate insights and support business decisions.
