Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily AP operations, including AP inbox management and serving as primary point of contact for AP matters.
  • •Process vendor invoices (enter, classify, code, verify) across multiple international entities.
  • •Maintain vendor onboarding and data (W9 collection, addresses, banking details, payment terms).
  • •Investigate and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies; reconcile AP ledger and related accounts.
  • •Support compliance and close activities, including W9/1099, quarterly VAT reclaims, audits, and AP system rollouts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • •3-4 years of experience in accounts payables, finance, or accounting.
  • •Prefer experience with Bill.com, Expensify, Ramp, FloQast, Omnea, and NetSuite.
  • •Proficient with Google Sheets and/or Excel.
  • •Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis with attention to detail.
