Key Responsibilities

•Conduct cutting-edge research and development in computer vision, generative AI, and related fields.
•Transfer advanced technologies developed through research into TikTok products.
•Explore new AI-core product experiences using artificial intelligence technology.
•Work across computer vision and computer graphics areas to support intelligent creation initiatives.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of research and practical experience in computer vision areas such as generative models, diffusion models, GANs, or world models, with preferred publications in venues like CVPR/ICCV/SIGGRAPH/NeurIPS.
•Experience in image and video synthesis/manipulation/editing, multi-modality (vision and language), and related generative human or neural motion synthesis topics.
•Strong image and video understanding and human modeling experience, including 2D/3D pose estimation, hand pose estimation, and human shape estimation.
•Facial analysis experience.
•Highly competent in algorithms and programming with strong coding skills in C/C++ and Python.
