Senior Programme Manager - Real Estate

Provide end-to-end leadership across the programme lifecycle for transformation and real estate programmes, intervening at critical points where specialist or recovery support is needed. Drive programme direction, apply best-practice programme management methods, and engage stakeholders across client leadership, suppliers, and internal teams. Lead people management, commission and governance/risk compliance, establish financial oversight and reporting, and proactively manage health and safety risks to deliver measurable outcomes.
