The North Face: Floor Supervisor - Stonebriar Centre

Lead and coach a team of brand associates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to drive profitability through customer engagement, merchandising, store operations, and community connection while following company standards. Supervise floor coverage, support training and ongoing development, help manage financial and operational objectives including loss prevention and audits, and contribute to visual merchandising and compliance. Participate in quarterly DOR rotations and leadership training.
