BIM Manager leads BIM and Information Management strategies for Water Plant projects in Bogotá, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, establishing CDE workflows, and ensuring digital delivery best practices across international projects. Key Responsibilities

•Develop BIM implementation strategy and deliver complex international projects.
•Establish and administer the CDE to support efficient management of multi-stakeholder projects.
•Coordinate BIM execution and project delivery with project leadership.
•Create and maintain the project’s industry framework docs: BEP, MIDP, MPDT, appendices, etc.
•Establish data-integrated workflows and provide support, guidance and training to project teams.

Key Requirements

•BA/BS degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related discipline with at least +6 years of BIM and Digital Delivery experience; prior multidiscipline BIM Manager/Coordinator role
•Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 19650 framework and related BIM standards
•Experience delivering BIM data from Autodesk Plant 3D, Bentley OpenPlant, Revit, Civil3D or Autodesk Advanced Steel
•Experience administering a Common Data Environment such as Autodesk Construction Cloud and/or Bentley ProjectWise
•Experience executing multi-discipline coordination, clash detection and issue management; advanced user of Navisworks, Revizto, ACC Model Coordination
