•Acquire and manage Brazilian top business partners to launch the consumables category.
•Build and maintain partner relationships and negotiate campaign deals.
•Help partners expand exposure by leveraging creators and/or building their own capabilities.
•Discover new collaboration opportunities aligned to partners’ short-term and long-term plans.
•Maintain partner service quality (e.g., low cancellation/return rates and reviews) to improve conversion and customer satisfaction, using data to identify opportunities and prioritize solutions.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of relevant working experience with strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, logical, and analytical skills.
•Customer-service orientation with experience working in a client-facing capacity.
•Ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally in a global working environment.
•Experience in in-category management for food & beverage partners, agencies, or companies is preferred.
•Practical experience with social commerce, content marketing, influencers, and food & beverage category creativity is preferred.
