Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement protection circuits for ESD across HV structures and IOs.
•Establish and refine ESD and LUP rules for new process nodes and silicon validation.
•Review customer specifications to determine optimal protection strategies and provide technical guidance to internal teams and partners.
•Direct and perform lab verification and testing to ensure protection schemes meet performance targets.
•Lead debugging and resolution of testing failures identified during production qualification or field returns.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 127,100 - 203,400 annually
