Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop Retail POS in Lahore under distributors.
  • •Ensure sales of BF and other distribution products through POS.
  • •Engage small and medium housing contractors and ensure sales via distributor/POS.
  • •Organize end-user activities (tilers, painters, applicators, plumbers, etc.) according to a predefined plan.
  • •Maintain distributor POS records in SRM software and conduct in-shop meetings; back-sell with architects and contractors in the territory.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • •Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience with a reputable Paint Company, Tiles & Sanitary, Building Materials or GT.
  • •Knowledge of the retail market of the territory, comfortable with routes and bike riding.
  • •Understanding of building materials and construction chemicals.
  • •Able to use MS office to prepare Excel sheets, presentations, and draft letters.
