Key Responsibilities

  • •Responsible for all human resource activities, including advice and follow-up on HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • •Coordinate recruitment activities: liaise with employment/advertising agents, run interviews through Senior Executive levels, prepare offer/rejection letters, and align hiring with yearly manpower budgets.
  • •Deliver training programs, including orientation for new employees and coordinating external consultants for training needs and schedules; evaluate program effectiveness using feedback.
  • •Address employee welfare: handle grievances and complaints, provide guidance, organize corporate events and staff welfare programs, and gather feedback to improve the work environment.
  • •Manage HR administration and operations such as HR filing/records, headcount reporting and org chart updates, compensation/benefits administration for relevant levels, monthly payroll, and staff database maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including federal and state employment and benefit laws.
  • •Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • •Normally requires a Bachelor's Degree and three to five years of human resource experience.
  • •Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Strong knowledge in UAE Labor Law and Dubai Health Authority Regulations.
