Own end-to-end human resources operations, advising leaders on HR policies and coordinating issue resolution. Drive recruitment activities including interviewing through Senior Executive levels, offers/rejections, manpower budget alignment, and primary source verification. Manage training orientation programs and evaluate effectiveness. Handle employee welfare and grievances, maintain HR administration records, support payroll and staff database updates, and assist with HR-related licensing and HR software systems implementation.
