Job Summary

Build trusted relationships with customers by engaging them in person, by appointment, and virtually to assess banking needs and recommend appropriate deposit and loan solutions. Support an excellent client experience through proactive outreach, account servicing, and basic transaction processing. Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products (including digital and self-service options), open new accounts, submit credit applications, and educate clients on emerging digital tools while meeting NMLS/Regulation Z requirements.
