Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist walk-in customers in selecting required parts, suggesting companion products, and offering specials while ensuring exposure to the full product line.
  • •Manage inventory and ordering by pulling stock, checking availability, submitting emergency orders, and ordering parts not in stock after discussion with Shop Foreman.
  • •Answer phone calls to provide price quotes and product information, and assist outside sales representatives with their orders.
  • •Set up and verify orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up, including weekly verification of will-call and back-order files.
  • •Support repairs by assisting service technicians with parts selection, verifying repair order and parts requisition documentation, and processing returned parts credit with invoice verification and required transactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •1 year of experience in an automotive parts department.
  • •1 year of sales experience.
  • •Ability to work well with the public and handle multiple customers at a time.
  • •Must be authorized to work in the USA and be able to pass pre-employment testing (background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report) with a valid driver license.
