Own mold engineering execution for VF’s global footwear brands across development, commercialization, and production. Lead mold design from concept through production release, partnering with internal teams to ensure designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and aligned with brand requirements. Collaborate with tooling vendors and factories to run mold trials, testing, and validation, while implementing low-impact tooling methods. Provide technical thought partnership and travel as needed to support readiness.
