Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the establishment and operation of a Tooling and Ground Support Equipment Inventory Support Centre (ISC).
  • •Receive, issue, and manage materiel in the ISC and produce/raise any necessary documentation and paperwork.
  • •Raise Purchase Requests for calibration or replacement of items through Boeing or MOD contracts as appropriate.
  • •Identify, resolve, and report supply chain management issues, discrepancies, and safety concerns.
  • •Create, maintain, and submit metrics and performance reports aligned to agreed business key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in supply chain related activities and operations, ideally within the aviation/defence industry.
  • •Proactive, flexible, and able to solve complex problems in a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • •Able to work within a small team.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • •Ability to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC) requiring UK residency.
