Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive partner growth and expansion by identifying whitespace opportunities, proposing expansion ideas, and executing cross-functionally to increase partner-driven revenue and usership.
  • •Own a portfolio of high-value partner relationships, building trust-based stakeholder connections and leading QBRs and business reviews.
  • •Lead partner onboarding and launch end-to-end, coordinating across Product, Engineering, and Operations for smooth go-live.
  • •Track and analyze partner performance across adoption, user activity, and revenue impact, then communicate insights into clear narratives.

Key Requirements

  • •4–6 years of experience in product management, partnerships, implementations, consulting, account management, business development, or a related field, with a track record of owning external relationships and driving commercial outcomes.
  • •Strong executive presence and comfort engaging senior stakeholders at partner organizations.
  • •Product fluency to lead partner scoping conversations and operate without a defined playbook when metrics soften.
  • •Commercial mindset to collaborate with Product teams and influence implementation decisions and solution tradeoffs.
  • •Data literate: synthesize partner performance data using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools (and create effective decks).
