We are seeking a Chicago-based commercial attorney to support Harvey’s AI-focused SaaS agreements, regulatory and product counsel, and cross-functional collaboration across GTM, engineering, product, and security in a fast-growing, hybrid office environment.

Job Function: Legal, Risk & Compliance

Key Responsibilities

•Draft, review, and negotiate commercial AI SaaS contracts and other technology and AI-related agreements.
•Provide regulatory and product counsel as needed.
•Provide training and develop resources in support of our sales and other cross-functional teams.
•Support broader legal work including product counseling and IP law as opportunities arise.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (GTM, Engineering, Product, Security) to ensure fast, efficient execution of agreements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 270,000 annually

Key Requirements

•A law degree from an accredited law school.
•Admitted to practice law and in good standing in at least one jurisdiction and able to practice in Illinois.
•4+ years of law firm and/or in-house experience.
•Transactional background, including SaaS, technology, and/or IP licensing and commercial agreements, and/or M&A transactions.
•Ability to think creatively, function independently and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
