Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead production planning, supply planning, and material planning for raw and packaging materials and traded goods.
  • •Manage inventory levels and stock-at-risk actions, ensuring optimized stock levels and movement of materials.
  • •Ensure availability of inventory and information to support production schedules and customer needs.
  • •Define and manage purchase order execution processes and oversee procurement, materials, and logistics activities with Internal Control compliance.
  • •Lead supply reviews for the plant, communicate supply chain issues with alternatives to mitigate risk, implement KPIs, and develop team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree level (preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent).
  • •At least 5 years' experience in a manufacturing industry or food industry.
  • •Strong communication skills in Turkish and English (oral and written).
  • •Good organizational and leadership qualities to lead the department and execute responsibilities.
  • •SAP expertise.
