Job Summary

Support international tax compliance and reporting, including Pillar Two (GloBE income, adjusted covered taxes, and ETR) and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR). Help collect, validate, and reconcile data for filings, working papers, and audit trails across multiple jurisdictions. Assist with cross-border transaction tax implications, international tax memoranda, and transfer pricing documentation (master/local files), including functional analysis and benchmarking support. Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure accurate, complete reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Collect, validate, and reconcile data for Pillar Two entity-level calculations, including GloBE income, adjusted covered taxes, and ETR.
•Prepare Pillar Two working files and DMTT/QDMTT templates in line with local compliance requirements.
•Support CbCR data collection and consolidation across jurisdictions, including filing preparation and reconciliations to financial statements and transfer pricing documentation.
•Assist in transfer pricing activities, including master file/local file preparation, intercompany review support, and functional analysis and benchmarking studies.
•Coordinate tax filings and general tax support with internal teams and external advisors, ensuring confidentiality, governance, and proper documentation.

Key Requirements

•Support Pillar Two and CbCR data collection, validation, and reconciliation across jurisdictions.
•Assist in preparing Pillar Two working files and DMTT/QDMTT templates aligned to local compliance requirements.
•Prepare and maintain working papers for international tax filings, including audit trails and supporting schedules.
•Support transfer pricing documentation and reviews of intercompany transactions to ensure regulatory compliance.
•Monitor tax law developments across the UAE and other jurisdictions and communicate potential business impacts.
