Key Responsibilities

  • •Set and execute the strategic direction of the global desalination practice to drive sustainable growth.
  • •Oversee business development, major pursuit capture strategy, and technical innovation for desalination opportunities.
  • •Direct and execute seawater desalination work as project director/design manager/technical lead.
  • •Lead technical and engineering reviews during pursuit stages and align technical leadership with market strategy.
  • •Ensure project delivery performance and capability building, including resourcing, succession planning, and onboarding internal/external talent.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering; Environmental, Civil or Chemical preferred.
  • •Several years of leadership experience in the water engineering or professional services industry.
  • •Extensive, proven knowledge of the global desalination market, including desalination technology and emerging trends.
  • •Demonstrated international experience delivering desalination (or similar water/wastewater) projects and programs from planning through implementation.
  • •Strong client and industry relationships and recognition through relevant professional organizations, publications, and presentations.
