Job Summary

Lead the global desalination practice by setting strategy and driving growth across municipal, industrial, mining, energy, and water security markets. Oversee business development, major project pursuits, technical innovation, and strategic partnerships while directing technical and engineering reviews. Manage multidisciplinary teams spanning engineering, consulting, program management, and operations, and deliver major water infrastructure projects as a design and technical leader. Partner with regional leadership to build capability, resource teams, and ensure delivery excellence worldwide.

•Set and execute the strategic direction of the global desalination practice to drive sustainable growth.
•Oversee business development, major pursuit capture strategy, and technical innovation for desalination opportunities.
•Direct and execute seawater desalination work as project director/design manager/technical lead.
•Lead technical and engineering reviews during pursuit stages and align technical leadership with market strategy.
•Ensure project delivery performance and capability building, including resourcing, succession planning, and onboarding internal/external talent.

•Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering; Environmental, Civil or Chemical preferred.
•Several years of leadership experience in the water engineering or professional services industry.

•Demonstrated international experience delivering desalination (or similar water/wastewater) projects and programs from planning through implementation.
•Strong client and industry relationships and recognition through relevant professional organizations, publications, and presentations.
