Support the Branch Manager in running day-to-day branch operations for a leading landscaping supply distributor. Help drive inventory management, team development, customer value, and overall financial performance. •In collaboration with the Branch Manager, lead the team, recruit talent, and determine associate strengths and weaknesses.
•Coach and mentor associates to achieve high performance and long-term career development, including training on customer value best practices.
•Promote daily safety and an incident-free environment through workplace organization, training, and policy execution.
•Implement strategies to meet goals by monitoring KPIs and partnering with branch leadership to support technology-enabled improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50,000 - 55,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3 to 5 years of experience in retail nursery, irrigation and/or landscape industry preferred.

•Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve more complex customer questions and issues.
•Working knowledge of accounting fundamentals and understanding of sales and operations planning.
