Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of strategic initiatives, platform enhancements, and modernization efforts while contributing to the codebase.
  • •Own solution architecture and technical design across the software delivery lifecycle, including hands-on leadership and code reviews.
  • •Modernize existing AWS-hosted monolithic platforms using service decomposition, API-first design, microservices, and cloud-native practices.
  • •Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices across requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, documentation, code review, and operational support.
  • •Support production systems through incident management, root cause analysis, monitoring, performance optimization, and resiliency initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • •12+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise-scale applications.
  • •Strong hands-on experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, RESTful APIs, Angular, and distributed systems.
  • •Strong architecture/system design experience with API-first, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
  • •Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD, GitHub and/or GitLab, Terraform, containerization, and infrastructure automation.
