Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and evolve the company-wide operating system, including OKRs, business reviews, All Hands, executive cadence, and strategic communications.
  • •Translate company vision and strategy into execution by partnering with the Head of Corporate Strategy and CEO to create operating mechanisms and align teams.
  • •Lead centralized surge resourcing by building, managing, and deploying a team of generalist operators to high-priority problems.
  • •Partner with leaders across the business to help teams solve complex problems, make better decisions, and execute more effectively.
  • •Partner with the executive team and Strategic Finance on company-level decisions, including board materials, strategic planning, fundraising, capital allocation, and resource prioritization.

Key Requirements

  • •6–10+ years combining strategy work (e.g., investment banking, strategic finance, consulting) with direct startup execution, including ownership of ambiguous cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Built and/or scaled operating systems that improved how an organization executes.
  • •First-principles thinking and strong problem-solving in ambiguity, with the ability to translate ideas into operational change.
  • •Highly analytical, data-driven, and comfortable building financial models and working with metrics to support decisions and prioritization.
  • •Responsible for someone else’s growth and development (as a manager or dotted-line lead) in a player/coach capacity.
