Control Room Supervisor (Newport, MI, US)

Provide supervision of shift operations for the nuclear generation organization to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. Direct plant and turbine generator operations in line with the operating license and approved procedures, maintain control room monitoring as the priority, and oversee normal and emergency operating procedures. Conduct human reliability assessments, evaluate performance against station standards, coach and provide feedback, and participate in emergency response responsibilities while coordinating crew briefings and activities.
