Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively engage and manage advisory relationships with key clients and Visa leadership in strategic and planning discussions.
  • •Cultivate and manage an advisory pipeline to meet annual sales and project delivery targets.
  • •Lead advisory engagements and manage teams to execute projects and provide career mentorship.
  • •Develop frameworks, approaches, solutions, and recommendations to address the most impactful client opportunities and challenges.
  • •Produce insights and analyses to improve client performance and provide strategic guidance aligned to client priorities across the payment P&L.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree (or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree; or 3+ years with a PhD).
  • •Demonstrated senior-level experience in corporate and business strategy or management consulting, delivering projects using consulting methodologies.
  • •Executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • •Proven leadership and managerial collaboration capabilities, including in matrixed organizations.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with the ability to work with large data sets and synthesize impacts for clients.
