Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive backlog management in Jira: break down needs into epics/user stories, refine items with the team, and validate user stories during sprints.
  • •Define release objectives, monitor product impact using metrics, and manage risks, mitigations, and trade-offs within budget.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • •At least 5 years of experience supporting agile teams in a software environment.
  • •Ability to review technical deliverables (e.g., requirements, architecture choices, customer needs).
  • •Lead and manage technical engineering projects with a clear vision of risks and opportunities.
  • •Maintain a refined product backlog with clear, actionable stories aligned to business goals.
