Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support change initiatives within the Solution Centre Practice to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Contribute to the definition and evolution of solution centre service offerings, value propositions, governance frameworks, and business value measurement practices.
  • •Support RFPs and proposal development, including solution design, architectural visioning, and innovation/prototyping activities across Travel Unit domains.
  • •Facilitate workshops with internal and external stakeholders to analyse challenges, gather requirements, align priorities, and define target outcomes.
  • •Identify opportunities for cross-domain collaboration, service expansion, and customer-focused, outcome-driven value creation.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in engineering delivery, functional analysis, functional architecture, or engineering project management.
  • •Translate customer needs into business requirements and solution proposals using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Demonstrated communication and facilitation skills, including running or supporting workshops with stakeholders.
  • •Understand customer engagement models, software delivery lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
  • •Familiarity with customer lifecycle/portfolio management and business value measurement, including support for proposals, RFPs, or solution assessments.
