Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Project Managers with schedule and cost control for non-complex design projects
  • •Help develop project management plans, including schedule baselines, scope baselines, man-hour estimates, and budgets
  • •Create scope baselines, detailed work breakdown structures, project activities, and critical path charts for non-complex design projects
  • •Monitor and manage project schedules and implement modifications to schedule baselines in coordination with Project Managers
  • •Support progress reporting and coordinate invoice tracking for deliverables with local Finance teams

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Civil Engineering
  • •2 to 8 years’ experience in a top tier regional/multinational engineering consultancy firm is preferred
  • •Knowledge of planning design projects, including schedule control and cost control is preferred
  • •Knowledge in the usage of project management software functions (e.g., Primavera)
  • •Excellent command of English and Arabic
