Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs on cup packagers and carton sealing equipment.
  • •Carry out preventive maintenance of Paper Machinery (PMC) and Thermoforming Cup Forming Machines.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on carton sealer and related conveying equipment.
  • •Accurately complete required records keeping, ordering, and necessary paperwork.
  • •Properly use and adhere to Lockout/Tagout procedures; perform tool changeovers and follow safety rules, including housekeeping.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required.
  • •Vocational school in related subjects desired; demonstrated mechanical ability with six months or more related experience or training.
  • •Ability to stand for long periods and use hands to handle tools and controls; good handgrip and hand-eye coordination.
  • •Ability to climb, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl; lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds frequently (and up to 100 pounds occasionally).
  • •Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams and follow precise instructions and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
