•Own production scheduling for a given work center, managing tactical day-to-day work and projecting long-term rate needs for the department.
•Create rate-based schedules, define and track constraints across builds, and generate stakeholder buy-in on scenario-based hardware allocation.
•Set, track, and execute daily and weekly goals with production teams, accounting for personnel and equipment constraints while supporting rate targets.
•Use MRP requirements and logic to lead efforts that improve MRP accuracy and better align targeted and actual schedules.
•Leverage SQL and Excel to identify hardware shortages, support scheduling automation, and conduct capacity analysis to mitigate schedule risk.

Pay and Benefits

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of experience in manufacturing scheduling, planning, or operations, or 3+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
•1+ years of experience using ERP/MRP systems in a production environment.
•Technical knowledge and skills in tools/applications such as MS Office Suite, VBA, Smartsheet, SQL, Confluence, JIRA, and Power BI.
•Problem-solving skills with a bias for speed and accuracy.
•Ability to prioritize efforts and manage strong internal and external supplier/customer relationships.
