Job Summary

Lead overall performance for the Singapore station/country, overseeing Sales, Airport, Security, Cargo, Finance, HR and Maintenance to align operations with company mission, strategy, policies, and legal requirements. Manage the station budget and service providers, chair monthly coordination meetings, drive revenue and market share through business and marketing plans, and represent Gulf Air with governments and external stakeholders while ensuring safety, security, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

•Take full responsibility for station/country operations across Airport, Security, Cargo, Finance, HR and Maintenance.
•Organize and chair monthly Station Coordination meetings and distribute minutes to HQ stakeholders.
•Manage station budgeting, resource allocation, and strict cost control, including commissions and training/manpower development.
•Drive business performance by developing and monitoring area/country business plans, KPIs, and marketing plans to increase market share and high-yield revenue.
•Ensure safety and security of operations and provide airport support during flight disruptions to protect aircraft, passengers, and operational continuity.

Key Requirements

•10+ years’ experience in sales and marketing, including at least 7 years in management and supervisory roles.
•Adequate background in major airline business processes.
•Degree-level education.
•Computer literate with proven people management and motivational skills.
•High communication ability, entrepreneurial/resilient mindset, and culturally sensitive partnership building at senior levels.
