Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the quality and workmanship of all project activities across civil, architectural, and structural disciplines.
  • •Manage the project QA/QC documentation including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, and site instructions/observations.
  • •Develop inspection and testing standards and oversee testing methods to maintain quality across processes.
  • •Ensure work follows QA/QC plans, approved method statements, approved test plans, and approved drawings; verify approvals and latest revisions.
  • •Prepare work inspection requests (WIR), conduct inspections and tool-box briefings, and raise NCRs to suppliers for rejected materials while maintaining quality reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience and 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • •Knowledge of work-related standards, specifications, and quality systems including ISO 9001, QCS, ASTM, BSI, BSEN, ACI, and AASHTO.
  • •Ability to read drawings, specifications, standards, and data sheets.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Auto Cad, and Primavera.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, is required for success in the role.
