Job Summary

Ensure optimum service delivery to airlines, agencies, and key stakeholders at Abu Dhabi International Airport by acting as the primary liaison to ADA management and external partners. Lead stakeholder relations, airport operations coordination, VIP/VVIP handling, operational performance, and safety, security, and compliance oversight. Own departmental strategy, KPIs, budget management, governance and policy, reporting, change initiatives, and team leadership for the Airlines & Agencies function.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and communicate departmental strategy, objectives, operational plans, and KPIs aligned with ADA’s strategic framework.
•Manage departmental budget, monitor expenditure, and identify budget optimization opportunities.
•Build and maintain strategic relationships and act as primary liaison between ADA and external stakeholders, including committee representation (AOC, AFC).
•Lead airport operational activities across airside and terminal operations, airline/stakeholder relations, safety & security oversight, and operational investigations.
•Oversee VIP/VVIP passenger handling and ensure safety, security, and compliance with national aviation regulations, international standards, and GCAA requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Airport Management or a related field.
•Minimum 8 years of experience in Airport Operations.
•In-depth knowledge of ICAO and IATA rules and regulations.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
•Fluent in Arabic and English. Strong leadership and people management skills.
