Job Summary

Support Sephora UK’s Ecommerce and Digital teams by maintaining dashboards and delivering accurate reporting on traffic, engagement, conversion, and campaigns. Analyse customer, website, and trading data to identify trends and opportunities, and translate findings into clear insights for stakeholders. Use tools such as Google Analytics and Quantum Metric, create visualisations in Power BI, and produce regular weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to guide performance reviews and commercial decision-making.

•Maintain dashboards and reporting for ecommerce and digital performance metrics, including traffic, engagement, conversion, and campaign performance.
•Analyse customer, website, and trading data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
•Support Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, and CRM teams with data analysis and reporting needs.
•Use Google Analytics, Quantum Metric, and other digital tools to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
•Create Power BI visualisations and deliver weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
