Job Summary

Lead strategic solution planning for Defence-sector pursuits, translating client business needs into executable multi-tower architectures. Drive account planning, opportunity seeding, and bid leadership across enterprise data, AI/GenAI, cloud-native applications, integration, security, workplace, and managed services. Shape architectures, reference models, migration roadmaps, KPIs, and value narratives while partnering with bid, finance, legal, risk, delivery, and alliance teams to win and ensure delivery readiness.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish enterprise architecture views for priority accounts, including data/analytics/AI maturity, application estate, and multi-tower modernization plays.
•Lead C-suite and technology workshops to seed opportunities using enterprise data platforms, AI/GenAI capabilities, and application modernization patterns.
•Serve as the data, AI, and applications deal architect across analytics, cloud, applications, integration, infrastructure, security, workplace, and managed services.
•Lead the architecture workstream for major RFPs/RFIs/proposals by defining target-state architectures, migration patterns, governance models, and solution value cases.
•Provide portfolio thought leadership and drive in-contract innovation roadmaps for data modernization, AI scaling, application rationalization, and cloud optimization.

Key Requirements

•15+ years experience in applications architecture, COTS/SaaS solutioning, cloud-native architecture, and/or operations automation.
•5+ years in presales or deal architecture roles designing large, multi-tower solutions.
•Proven experience integrating AIOps and AI-enabled automation into enterprise programs.
•Exposure to APAC multi-country clients and global delivery models.
•Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), enterprise architecture, and relevant SaaS/COTS certifications are advantageous.
