Job Summary

Lead daily warehouse activities, including order picking, loading trucks, moving product, and preparing trucks/railcars for loading and unloading. Operate to load and unload agricultural inputs, maintain inventory quality, and perform/record repairs and maintenance. Deliver products to local customers during busy season while ensuring safe, compliant operations, maintaining clean work areas, and supporting a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead all warehouse activities including picking orders, loading trucks, and moving product.
•Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading and load/unload agricultural inputs using machinery or equipment.
•Conduct and record repairs and maintenance tasks; perform grounds and warehouse maintenance.
•Monitor and maintain inventory quality and ensure product is delivered safely and professionally.
•Ensure compliance with regulations (including hours of service) and maintain a clean, safe work area and safety culture.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in operations and/or trucking operations.
•Ability to obtain/maintain a CDL and a DOT medical card.
•Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
•Ability to lift 75 lbs.
•Ability to work in dust and adverse weather conditions and temperatures.
