Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end workflow collaboration across underwriters, distribution partners, reinsurers, and other stakeholders.
  • •Prepare and submit quotes/proposals, policy documents, endorsements, and manage new business and renewal submission processes.
  • •Provide technical/administrative support for underwriting by retrieving and scrubbing underwriting-relevant information (including rating tool inputs and loss runs).
  • •Cleanse and process bordereaux (BDX) and prepare Master BDX files for reinsurance renewals.
  • •Maintain accurate records in internal systems/tools and support accrual plus resolution of billing service and reinsurance service inquiries.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 70,000 - 86,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of insurance industry experience in underwriting, operations, analytics, or a market-facing area, OR
  • •Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice (including Associate Degree) with 2+ years of insurance industry experience in underwriting, operations, or market-facing area, OR
  • •High School Diploma or Equivalent with 4+ years of insurance industry experience in underwriting, operations, analytics, or market-facing area
  • •Prior insurance industry experience and experience with data collection and analysis
  • •Experience with processing/rating/policy management systems, customer service, and advanced Microsoft Excel (Microsoft Office)
