Job Summary

Support Senior CDM in onboarding and developing new channels and improving productivity across key contributing channels for IWPB. Help develop new channels and maintain critical existing ones that support IWPB’s new business tactics. Ensure fair customer outcomes in all situations, and drive role success by building new relationships outside HSBC to deliver sustainable growth and profitability.

•Develop new relationships outside HSBC to deliver sustainable growth and profitability.

Key Requirements

•Proven ability in mobile sales and developing/maintaining channels.
•Current product/market knowledge.
•Excellent customer service skills.
•Managerial experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory sales function role.
•Strong interpersonal, leadership, and motivation skills, with good spoken and written English; attain required professional and regulatory qualifications by market.
