Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, optimize, and maintain data pipelines using Python, REST APIs, DBT, and Airflow for compliance and risk management.
  • •Partner with control owners across security domains to translate compliance and testing requirements into measurable metrics, SLAs, and monitoring dashboards.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine KPIs for monitoring compliance and risk across Wise IT systems.
  • •Use data insights to identify opportunities to improve compliance processes, mitigate risks, and increase organizational efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 75,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proficient in Python, including automation and building data pipelines.
  • •Strong experience with DBT and Airflow for ETL processes.
  • •Skilled in using REST APIs for data integrations.
  • •Proficient in SQL and familiar with data visualization tools such as Looker, Superset, PowerBI, or Tableau.
  • •Familiarity with security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST) and continuous control monitoring (CCM).
