Drive BJAK’s finance super app expansion by aligning leadership and turning strategy into measurable execution across products, markets, and teams. Own operating cadence through OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking, and accountability, while coordinating cross-functional workstreams. Prepare decision memos and board/leadership materials, proactively identify risks and dependencies, and support leadership with sharper trade-offs and special projects requiring senior judgment.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive strategic execution across finance super app priorities.
•Build and manage operating rhythm including OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking, and accountability.
•Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance, and operations.
•Prepare concise decision memos, board/leadership materials, execution plans, and performance reviews.
•Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies before they become blockers, and own special projects requiring senior judgement.

Key Requirements

•Experience driving strategic execution across teams in a startup or high-growth environment.
•Strong judgement, communication, prioritization, and follow-through in ambiguous situations.
•Ability to translate high-level strategy into detailed execution while maintaining quality.
•Strong writing, business analysis, and problem-solving skills.
•Experience in fintech, financial services, strategy/operations, consulting, or regional expansion is an advantage.
