Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, manage, and develop a team of mechanical engineers and designers, setting objectives, priorities and performance expectations.
  • •Oversee the design, development, verification, and validation of mechanical systems, enclosures, and assemblies for production and lifecycle support.
  • •Provide technical leadership across mechanical design, thermal management, and material selection, including CAD reviews and design documentation.
  • •Drive Design for Manufacture (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and Design for Reliability (DFR) principles and ensure production-ready designs.
  • •Collaborate with Electronics, Software, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Management to integrate subsystems and support NPI and volume production.
