Job Summary

Perform receiving, storage, accountability, and distribution for Marine equipment turn-in operations. Verify turn-in items and documents, stage and move equipment to warehouse or yard areas, maintain accurate inventory through surveys and cyclic counts, and segregate serviceable, unserviceable, HAZMAT, and sensitive items. Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment, support packaging and shipment preparation, and maintain logs and records to support audits and property accountability reviews.

Key Responsibilities

•Receive and verify equipment and materiel turned in from Marine units, including checking turn-in documents (DD Form 200 and hand receipts).
•Assist in inspection and condition coding prior to storage or disposition and coordinate staging and movement into warehouse or yard areas.
•Store and organize items in warehouse locations, perform location surveys/bin checks/cyclic inventories, and support property accountability reviews (PARs) and audits.
•Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other MHE to move and stage equipment, ensuring safe handling of hazardous materials and compliance with environmental regulations.
•Maintain warehouse logs and inventory control records; support unit supply and transportation personnel for discrepancies and outbound shipments.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Experience with Marine or Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, LMP, DPAS).
•Material handling and warehouse safety practices.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
•Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background screening, and obtain/maintain a CAC.
