Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop business objectives and marketing plans for assigned brands, categories, or channels, aligned to enterprise goals and volume, margin, and share targets.
  • •Own full P&L responsibility for the assigned category, manage budgets, analyze drivers, and implement corrective actions as needed to meet AOP objectives.
  • •Lead pricing strategy and evaluate pricing performance, margin outcomes, and competitive positioning while ensuring alignment with cost structures and profitability targets.
  • •Lead innovation and product commercialization plans from concept and business case through feasibility validation, product/packaging development, launch execution, and in-market performance tracking.
  • •Manage volume forecasts by coordinating with demand planning, supply planning, sales, and business teams to improve forecast accuracy and service execution; remove barriers with cross-functional partners.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant and practical experience in brand/category management, with prior food manufacturing or CPG marketing experience preferred.
  • •Advanced P&L and budget management expertise, including understanding supply chain, cost structures, and marketing strategy trade-offs.
  • •Strong project leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to lead and influence senior cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Power BI, pricing, and/or inventory management systems.
