Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in budget formulation and execution processes.
  • •Develop and use costing data and program analysis techniques to identify financial savings and support mission direction.
  • •Capture and analyze budget requirements, conduct portfolio/product issue analysis, and lead resolution activities aligned to program objectives.
  • •Perform multi-year planning (MYP) activities and coordinate budget formulation exercises with stakeholders.
  • •Monitor execution-year budget figures to ensure funds are obligated on time and prepare leadership briefings and deliverables, including visual dashboards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or commensurate experience).
  • •5+ years of experience in dynamic customer delivery environments (2+ years may be removed for a master’s degree).
  • •2+ years of experience directly in financial analyst and budgetary requirements.
  • •Knowledge of program planning, scheduling, budget planning/formulation, and cost analysis.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS clearance (US Citizenship required).
