Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and tear down all equipment required to run the given product.
  • •Follow safety procedures and complete training related to lockout/tagout, pinch points, and ergonomics.
  • •Read product specification sheets to ensure correct packaging usage and label formatting.
  • •Maintain proper operating speeds and troubleshoot minor equipment problems; notify maintenance/supervision when needed.
  • •Perform all product packaging duties, clean the area before leaving for breaks, and report deficiencies that could compromise food safety.

Key Requirements

  • •Be willing and able to perform physical requirements, including standing/walking/reaching and lifting up to 50 lbs., with the ability to work in extreme temperatures (39F to 90F) for 8-10 hours a day.
  • •Understand and be trained on safety responsibilities, including proper lockout/tagout use, pinch points, and ergonomics.
  • •Be able to read product specification sheets to ensure correct packaging usage and label formatting.
  • •Maintain proper operating speeds and be responsible for troubleshooting minor equipment problems; know when to notify maintenance and supervision for more complex issues.
  • •Have at least 6 months of employment with one employer within the last 24 months.
